The town of 40,000 offers all the amenities your family could need/want including grocery stores, a farmer’s market. One of the best coffee houses on the island, a huge central town park & pool, and some of the highest-rated elementary schools in the state. Further, Manoa ranks high on outdoor recreation options with multiple hiking trails, including the famous Manoa falls Trail, the aforementioned central park & pool, and countless jogging areas.
The average home price in Manoa is $1.32 million, 25% higher than the average home price on Oahu. With no money down, almost all VA loan purchases in Manoa will be via the VA High Balance loan.
